"The game of golf… how can it be this hard?"  It’s not like baseball in which you’re trying to hit an object going 90 mph.  In golf you’re hitting one stationary object to another stationary object.  But how many times have you left the course completely frustrated vowing to never play the game again only to return a few days later with renewed hope.  Lets not focus on your swing mechanics but more on your mind and body mechanics.  A sound golf body is one that employs regular stretching and strengthening exercises, good nutrition and, of course, plenty of water.  Do you leave the course with a sore lower back or rotator cuff?  You can avoid these situations with regular massage therapy which can help improve muscular balance, range of motion and relaxation.  You can begin moving into the mind’s mechanics by utilizing EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.
